The company was opened and started operating officially in January 2023, it was opened by two old friends, who had a dream of having a business venture together. These two have been friends for 20 years to date, The sparkling magic about it is, that they have a major experience in real estate for over a couple of years, and now while they are living their dreams they are also making a better tomorrow for everyone., because when it comes to land, you can never go wrong. But now along the line, the company has grown and now it has a total number of 15 hard working staff. Prosperity is a real estate company., meaning it deals and operates in real estates, from buying and selling land/plots to residential selling and rental.
At the moment we are focusing on one of our largest projects situated in a very luxurious area in Dar es salaam at Madale Nguzo ., famously known as Fahari city. It has a total of 78 plots, the distance of just 1 km from the main road. It has all the humanity resources and it’s for both residential and business purposes.

Our plot prices go for only Tsh 55,000/= per square meter, and there are two ways of payment.

1)Cash payment

2)Installment payment

The procedure to pay via installment is that, the first installment should be 50% down payment, and as for the rest of the debt to be paid in within a period of three months, There are no extra charges or cost for site visits, no extra charges for any kind of information that you might need regarding the project OR for any inquiry that you might require.
